J. Joseph Wilder & Laura A. Linneball Present Keynote Address
at Nine Dig Safely New York Excavator Safety Seminars

 

J. Joseph Wilder, Esq. and Laura A. Linneball presented the Keynote Address at nine Dig Safely New York Excavator Safety Seminar Programs throughout New York State during March.  Using a multi-media presentation, Mr. Wilder & Ms. Linneball went beyond Code Rule 753 to include common law duties, burden and economic implications for excavators.

Dig Safely New York’s mission is to prevent excavation related damages through education such as “Call 811 Before You Dig”. 

 

 

  Denise M. Peebles elected President-Elect for the Association of Legal Administrators, Buffalo Chapter

Denise M. Peebles, Office Manager at Wilder and Linneball, LLP, was elected President-Elect, Buffalo Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) for 2010-2011.  A member of ALA since 2006, Ms. Peebles served as Secretary for the chapter in 2009-2010.  ALA was formed in 1971 to provide support to professionals involved in the management of law firms, corporate legal departments and governmental legal agencies.  The Buffalo Chapter was founded in 1989.
