J. Joseph Wilder, Esq. and Laura A. Linneball, Esq. spoke to the New York State Gas & Electric Utilities Claims Managers' Association Meeting in Verona, NY on May 6, 2010.  They provided an update of recent utility cases and news of interest to utility claim managers.

Christopher S. Nickson, Esq. joined Glenn Filbert (National Fuel Gas Distribution Corp) to speak about The Black Box (EDR) and the SHIPP Act, at the New York State Gas & Electric Utilities Claim Managers' Association Meeting on May 5, 2010.
