J. Joseph Wilder and Laura A. Linneball speak at the Fall UCMA Meeting

J. Joseph Wilder, Esq. and Laura A. Linneball, Esq. spoke to the New York State Gas & Electric Utilities Claims Managers' Association Meeting in Albany, NY on October 18 and 19, 2010.  Mr. Wilder's presentation was entitled "Spoliation of Evidence".  Both Mr. Wilder & Ms. Linneball presented "Legal Updates for Utlitity Claims Managers" to the group. 

The Hon. Eugene F. Pigott, Associate Justice of the New York State Court of Appeals, addressed the group at dinner on Monday, October 18th.  On Tuesday, the group toured of the Court of Appeals prior to the Court hearing Oral Argument of Cases.
